Connecticut remains in Phase 2 of Governor Lamont's reopening plan, but industry-specific COVID requirements are being updated regularly with new guidance. All businesses permitted to open in Phases 1 and 2 must self-certify through the Connecticut DECD website that they are following the CT COVID guidelines and safety measures before opening.
In addition to developing a plan for reopening that complies with CT COVID guidelines, essential services and food businesses are also required to institute a COVID employee training program and ensure participation. Training must be provided in the employees' language and at their literacy level. All businesses that self-certify they are adhering to these requirements are then published on a publicly searchable website.
Opus has developed COVID training programs that comply with both Connecticut COVID requirements and OSHA safety guidelines. Opus's text-based training is accessible to your employees and enables you to promote a safe workplace for your staff and customers.

The main appeal of Opus training is that it's decentralized. Being able to train our team in a delivery system that everyone has access to was important. We also had to be able to do it at scale. People really were receptive to it and appreciative of not having to be called into a two hour class, but still get the information.
