Illinois COVID Training for Businesses

The state of Illinois is currently in Phase 4 of Governor Pritzker's Restore Illinois COVID mitigation plan, which allows gatherings of up to 50 people and additional business industries to open. All businesses in the city of Chicago are required to self-certify that they have created a business plan that is compliant with city and state COVID guidelines prior to opening.

Illinois requires all businesses to post signage visible to employees and customers about adhering to social distancing, capacity limitations, and mask usage. In essential businesses and the food service industry, business are also required to provide a health screening program and temperature checks for all employees. Proper COVID employee training is encouraged by the state and can help support the implementation of these requirements.

Opus has developed COVID training programs that comply with both Illinois COVID guidelines and OSHA safety requirements. Opus's text-based training is accessible to your employees and enables you to promote a safe workplace for your staff and customers.
