Kentucky is currently in Phase 3 of Governor Beshear's reopening plan, which has enabled almost all business to reopen across the commonwealth. The state has laid out minimum requirements all business must meet to reopen, as well as additional industry-specific COVID guidelines to supplement them.
Among the minimum COVID requirements in Kentucky are education and training for employees. All workers (full-time, part-time, contract, etc.) must be provided free training on the Healthy at Work plan protocols during working hours. The training must cover proper mask usage, cleaning and sanitation, temperature and health checks, and more. Businesses not in compliance are subject to up to $100 fines for each offense.
Opus has developed COVID training programs that comply with both KY COVID guidelines and OSHA safety requirements. Opus's text-based training is accessible to your employees and enables you to promote a safe workplace for your staff and customers.
