Under executive orders from Governor Steve Sisolak, all businesses reopening in Nevada must adhere to the Nevada United: Roadmap to Recovery plan. Nevada has been in Phase 2 of the recovery plan since the end of May. Under the plan businesses are encouraged to self-certify and post signage once certification is complete.
Safety guidelines include implementing staggered shifts, a ban on all greetings involving touch (handshakes, fist bumps, etc), and limiting meetings to 10 people or less with adequate social distancing. Additionally, daily deep disinfection of high touch areas and daily employee health checks are required while self-service food stations are banned.
