Under executive orders from Governor Tom Wolf, all businesses reopening in Pennsylvania must adhere to the Process to Reopen Pennsylvania Plan. Businesses are being asked to self-certify online to show commitment to safety. Self-certified businesses are added to a public list and receive signage to post in their establishment. Six different state and local authorities are enforcing safety orders under the plan, including the PA Department of Health and the PA Department of Labor and Industry.
Guidelines for employers includes implementing a plan for infection should an employee test positive, developing and displaying signage about your safety measures, and designating a Pandemic Safety Officer to oversee safety protocol.

The main appeal of Opus training is that it's decentralized. Being able to train our team in a delivery system that everyone has access to was important. We also had to be able to do it at scale. People really were receptive to it and appreciative of not having to be called into a two hour class, but still get the information.
