Rhode Island is in Phase 3 of COVID Guidance under executive orders from Governor Raimondo. The state now permits indoor gatherings of varying sizes and has published guidelines for each business sector with COVID guidelines they must follow to reopen.
All businesses, regardless of sector, are required to implement COVID screening for employees entering their workplace. In addition, sectors such as restaurants and essential services must provide COVID training programs to employees on of the requirements laid out for their business. Failure to comply with the Rhode Island COVID requirements and sector-specific guidance can result in fines of up to $500 per violation.

The main appeal of Opus training is that it's decentralized. Being able to train our team in a delivery system that everyone has access to was important. We also had to be able to do it at scale. People really were receptive to it and appreciative of not having to be called into a two hour class, but still get the information.
