Vermont COVID Training for Businesses

The state of Vermont has been continuously refining and publishing new steps in its Stay Safe Order to ensure public health and safety while it reopens the economy. Local businesses and their employees must adhere to state-wide COVID requirements if they wish to resume operations and to ensure the success of reopening plan.

The Vermont COVID guidelines require that all employees, including those that have already returned to work, must complete a training on the mandatory health and safety requirements provided by the Vermont Occupational Safety & Health Administration. Businesses can choose from the VOSHA training or another training that exceeds the state standards, and must document that their employees have completed the training.

Opus has developed COVID training programs that comply with both Vermont COVID guidelines and VOSHA safety requirements. Opus's text-based training is accessible to your employees and enables you to promote a safe workplace for your staff and customers.

Supporting businesses through reopening

The main appeal of Opus training is that it's decentralized. Being able to train our team in a delivery system that everyone has access to was important. We also had to be able to do it at scale. People really were receptive to it and appreciative of not having to be called into a two hour class, but still get the information.
