Under executive orders from Governor Jim Justice, all businesses reopening in West Virginia must adhere to the West Virginia Strong - The Comeback plan. COVID transmission rates are tracked by county using a five-color system: green, yellow, gold, orange and red. A red county is considered the most dangerous, green the least dangerous. Most West Virginia counties are currently green - the minimal community transmission level.
Under the governor's plan, employers should inform employees of a workplace infection but maintain the privacy of the individual(s) infected. Other guidelines include minimizing the use of shared equipment, flushing the water system at your workplace after prolonged closure, and maintaining social distancing rules of no more than 2 people per 1,000 sq ft.
Opus has developed COVID training programs that comply with West Virginia COVID requirements and OSHA safety guidelines. Opus's text-based training is accessible to your employees and enables you to promote a safe workplace for your staff and customers.

The main appeal of Opus training is that it's decentralized. Being able to train our team in a delivery system that everyone has access to was important. We also had to be able to do it at scale. People really were receptive to it and appreciative of not having to be called into a two hour class, but still get the information.
