Since we released AI Assist in the spring, we've found new ways to inject it into our module builder so that content creation is faster, easier, and more fun. By using the power of generative AI, you can call in the help of AI Assist to suggest text, images, quizzes, and emojis whenever you're hitting a wall while building courses. To really take things up a notch, the AI-powered course generator now also lets you turn existing documents and presentations into brand new courses.

You asked for it, we answered. Now you can get real-time rankings on how your locations, managers, and trainees are performing in Opus in three brand new dashboards. Leaderboards make it easy for you to spotlight top performers, increase manager accountability, and compare locations.
📣 Global Course Feedback
Getting course feedback from your frontline is essential to building better training content. That's why we consolidated all trainee course feedback into one dashboard. Filter by ratings (1-5 stars), locations, and courses so that you know what content is performing well and what needs attention.
📤 HRIS Manual Import
Did you know that Opus supports 30+ HRIS integrations? When you integrate your HRIS with Opus, we'll automatically pull location and role data, deactivate terminated employees, and update employee data so that you avoid errors like misspelled names. If you don't see your HRIS listed as an integration partner, now you can manually upload a CSV to reap all of the same benefits.
