Who can create and send messages?
Anyone with appropriate permissions can send messages—including the CEO, corporate, and store managers. Admins can send on behalf of the company, while managers can send to their teams.
What happens if someone doesn't have the app?
If an employee hasn't downloaded the Opus app, they'll receive an SMS notification to their registered phone number prompting them to open the message in the Opus Training app.
