Customer Service Skills Training: Adjusting to the New Normal
Presented by MassHire Metro North Workforce Board, this is a 45 minute training session. Learn how to provide essential customer care services and adjust to covid-19 safety rules still in place. This is a free session and taught by specialist, Lauren McCann. You must register for this event on EventBrite. Certificate of completion to display to the public. This training event will be taking place on June 2nd, from 12-1PM
ServSafe & Manager Online Courses & Certification Exam
Multiple dates/ online exam. After completion of the virtual course led by an instructor you can schedule an exam with one of the registered proctors, or take it in person. The course is broken down into: Servsafe manager online course, alcohol online course, food handler course. More than 4 million food service professionals have been certified through the ServSafe food protection manager certification exam. Don't be one of the few not certified!!

This training can be completed by anyone and does not require a proctor for assessment. Courses can be taken in English, Spanish, Chinese, Korean, Japanese, and Canadian french. Prices by course vary based on different factors.
