Proof on imported certificates

Certificates your team earned outside Opus can now carry their proof: attach an image or a link to any imported compliance certificate.

  • Upload or link. Attach a PNG or JPG of the certificate, or paste a link to where it's hosted. You can replace or remove it later.
  • Add links in bulk. Certificate import CSVs take an optional certificate link column, so proof arrives with the import.
  • Open it anywhere. Imported certificates with proof can be viewed and downloaded from compliance reporting and a person's certificates, and open with a tap in the mobile app.

Available to Admins who can manage premium content or certificate imports.
