Opus Agents

Build AI agents that answer questions about your team, find content that needs attention, and draft training for you to review.

• Start from a template — pick a ready-made agent like Onboarding Coach, Compliance Auditor, Morning Brief, or Content Author, or write your own instructions. Every Admin in your business can use the agents you build.
• Answers from your own data — agents look up completion, overdue training, team members, Locations, and Checklist results, run reports, and search your Library, with links to their sources.
• Drafts from your material — attach an SOP, handbook, or slide deck, and an agent drafts Courses, Modules, Check-ins, Checklists, Audits, and Opus Docs, or edits content you already have.
• You stay in control — agents see only what you can see, and they don't publish, assign, or delete anything until you say yes.
