Profile photos

Your team can add a profile photo, so everyone can put a face to a name.

• Add it anywhere — team members add a photo from Edit Profile in the Opus Training app, and Admins and Managers can also add one in the dashboard.
• Seen across Opus — photos show next to names in messages, comments, notifications, team lists, Tasks, Check-ins, Audits, and reporting.
• Initials until then — anyone without a photo shows their initials.
