Report key findings and benchmark data

More and more hospitality leaders are recognizing the role robust training programs play in improving performance, driving revenue, and ultimately, growing their businesses. CHART (Council of Hospitality and Restaurant Trainers) and Opus Training jointly surveyed over a hundred L&D leaders in hospitality, primarily in multi-unit restaurants.

Part 2 shares how businesses are investing in training. The report indicates that hospitality businesses have significantly increased training hours for both new hires and existing employees, especially for manager roles, over the past five years. While onboarding remains critical, ongoing training is becoming more of a priority as way to effectively and efficiently up skill the workforce.

Also in this report, you'll get hospitality data on:

  • Training costs and budget
  • New hire role based training time spent by role
  • Ongoing training time spent by role
  • Differences between quick-serve restaurants (QSRs) and full-service establishments

If you haven't yet read Part 1, you can find actionable insights that can help L&D leaders in hospitality advocate for their programs, influence buy-in, and maximize training efficacy. Read more here >>
