What the Training Looks Like

To support a co-branded Cherry Blossom Festival promotion, Swingers created a short, focused Opus module that trains team members on both the purpose and execution of the event.

  • Explains the “Why” — so staff understand the story and guest appeal
  • Covers the “What” — with concise product training on specials
  • Includes two assessments — a self-guided quiz and an in-person Check-in

Training Built for Activation

This module was created to be deployed just before launch, ensuring team members are prepared to communicate the details of the promotion on Day One. It’s short, mobile-friendly, and fits into the flow of shift-based work.

Brand Storytelling Meets Product Knowledge

Swingers does a great job of balancing context and execution. The first half of the module walks through the brand story behind the promotion—why it matters, what makes it special. The second half covers menu details, pricing, and service expectations, ensuring team members have all the facts.

Quiz + Check-in for Reinforced Learning

To ensure knowledge retention and skill application, the module includes a quick quiz followed by a Check-in where managers can validate performance on the floor—such as describing the promotion or delivering the correct LTO item.
