This past month, we released some updates that add up to make busy shifts run smoother. Here's what's new:
🤝 Self-directed Check-Ins
Check-ins can now be completed by the Trainee, not the facilitator. Enable it by selecting "Self-Directed" in the Check-in settings. Great for self-assessments or feedback forms.
💡 Example: A new hire wraps up their first week and submits a Check-in with feedback on their onboarding.
📱 Edit Phone Numbers in the App
Small but mighty: Trainees and Managers can now edit a user's phone number directly from the Opus Training app. No longer need to use the desktop dashboard.

🔎 Ask Opus Now Knows What You're Looking For
Type a keyword into Ask Opus, and it now starts with the most relevant resource instead of a lengthy explanation. Whether it’s a search-style query or an open question, it knows the difference and gives you the answers you need.
